Clases matinales de Contact Improvisación impartidas por Pep Nebot, en un magnífico estudio de danza situado en el barrio de Gràcia, Barcelona.Las clases combinan investigación del movimiento, entrenamiento técnico y preparación física, con un fuerte énfasis en los fundamentos del Contact Improvisation: caer, volar, compartir peso y aprender a asumir riesgos de forma segura. La creatividad, la curiosidad y el juego están presentes durante todo el proceso, permitiendo que la técnica se convierta en una puerta hacia la expresión, y no en un fin en sí misma.

Danza contemporánea con incursiones en las acrobacias; Preparación física para el trabajo acrobático, introducción de maniobras avanzadas y elementos de acrobacia de piso, equilibrio, fuerza, flexibilidad, movilidad, acondicionamiento, realización de acrobacias en movimiento y creación de secuencias, aprendizaje de frases de movimiento y trabajo en equipo.
Menorca Winter Dance Festival – Contact Improvisation & Contemporary Soft Acrobatics in Menorca, held in the amazingly beautiful town of Ciutadella, a unique location in the Mediterranean Sea, rich in magic and tradition. A unique opportunity for a 5-day immersive experience with 22 participants, offering an in-depth exploration of dance and movement through high-quality workshops, jams and many other proposals to share together.
