VIII edition of the Festival of Contact Improvisation in the French Province, in Rustrel, one of the most beautiful villages in France, located north of Apt and at the foot of the Monts de Vaucluse. A unique opportunity of immersion for 5 days, for 35 participants, to experience an exploration of dance and movement with quality workshops, jams, live music and many other proposals to share.
Contemporary dance with strong acrobatic proposals; Physical preparation for acrobatic work, introduction of advanced maneuvers and elements of floor acrobatics, balance, strength, flexibility, mobility, conditioning, performing acrobatics in motion and creating sequences, learning movement phrases and teamwork.

Samedi de 10h30 à 13h et de 17h30 à 20h30 et dimanche de 10h à 13h.
L'approche se fera par l'exploration de la technique du Contact Improvisation (CI) à partir de laquelle on étudiera la loi de la gravité, la direction du poids, l'inertie, etc., avec l'intention d'être à partir de la présence et de la conscience des subtilités pour aller au-delà de la mécanique et développer la sensibilité corporelle.

El abordaje será a través de la exploración de la técnica del Contact Improvisación (CI) desde donde investigar sobre la ley de la gravedad, la dirección del peso, la inercia, etc, con la intención de estar desde la presencia y consciencia de las sutilezas para ir más allá de lo mecánico y ampliar la sensibilidad corporal.
